Conditions of Sale & Return Policy

We reserve the right to change any service, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All sizes are approximate. We cannot guarantee that colors of the product shown on our website are accurate as colors from monitor to monitor might vary. We reserve the right to revise any stated offer and to correct any errors or omissions throughout the website at any time even after an order has been placed. We reserve the right to reject any order that is placed with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when you placed the order. In this case we shall refund your money in total within 2 weeks from the date the amount reaches our account. Freight charge is additional for every order and shall be indicated in our quotation. Shipping charge is calculated based on the weight and destination of the purchased item/s. Upon delivery, if the product has a damage that is visible, this must be reported directly to the driver. Thereafter the damage must be reported to Simple’s customer service within 48 hours by sending an email to agnes@simpleqatar. Please attach supportive pictures of the damage. Always save the packing for possible claims against the shipping agent. All claims of damage upon delivery made after 48 hours of delivery will be denied. Items with manufacturing defection can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. The product must be in essentially unchanged condition, which means, but not only limited to, that the fireplace must not be fired and the original packaging must be undamaged. But in all cases, the customer is totally responsible for shipping the item back to us. After receiving back the product, Metal forms shall fix or replace the product in part or in total depending on the defection type and shall ship it back to the client free of charge. We will have the right to debit the cost price of any missing part if the returned item is incomplete. As most of our fireplaces are made-to-order, orders can only be canceled within 72 hours of the date of purchase. After 72 hours orders cannot be canceled. Also Items that are made-to-order or custom-made may not be returned unless with a proof of a major manufacturing defection. If you place an order of any of the “available in stock” items and that particular item gets temporarily out of stock, you will be given the choice to either wait until the item becomes available or to get a refund. The refund will be made two weeks after receiving the order using the same payment method used when placing the order.
